Witches Hats & Brooms

These Hats and Brooms were made for a Halloween showcase at a Mystical Market. The Hats started life as a cheap plastic children's hat and the brooms just a plain prop. The base was a combination of Fibre glass tissue and plaster. The hats have a hanging hook so can be displayed on a wall or as a centre piece.
